To be fair to your head, it has a lot to sort out. But I- I know how frustrating that can be. How easy it can be to take that out on yourself. Knowing that if you choose the wrong thing, it'll either lead to a waste of time or a waste of opportunity.

This might be a dumb question, but- what is it exactly that has you doubting the reality of this? What made it worse?
